Trinity Truffles ~ Inspired by Rosemary Gladstar

These small, nutrient-packed balls are a favorite among families and herbal enthusiasts.”

Rosemary Gladstar’s Zoom Balls are a powerful herbal remedy, often used to support the body’s immune system, energy levels, nervous system and even mental wellbeing. Known for their very simple yet effective combination of herbs and natural ingredients that you can commonly find in your kitchen. These small, nutrient-packed balls are a favorite among families and herbal enthusiasts. The mix of herbs you wish to work with will directly support the bodily systems they are meant to, while the addition of honey, nut butters and often cacao or cocoa powder creates a delightful texture and flavor. Rosemary Gladstar who’s one of the dearest female pioneers of herbalism in America, crafted this recipe as an easy, accessible way for individuals to incorporate medicinal herbs into their daily lives and homes. The Zoom Balls are not only effective but also fun to make, offering a great starting point for beginners in herbal medicine. These balls can be formulated for a wide array of health needs and crafted in many ways creating unique flavor and texture profiles depending on what nut butters and herbs you use. They make the perfect snack for all ages and are a wonderful thing to make and gift to postpartum women.

Now onto my Trinity Truffles ~

In honor of Rosemary’s Zoom Balls, I’ve taken inspiration from this tried and true recipe and put my own twist and intention into it, to craft and formulate what I like to call Trinity Truffles. Trinity Truffles include three truffles, with each one formulated with herbs, seeds, and nourishing ingredients to nourish women in each phase of womanhood. Those being our maiden, mother, and wise woman days. Each truffle highlights nutritive, nervine, adaptogenic and hormone health loving herbs to offer women a sweet treat and easy snack that’s both delicious and nutrient dense.
