A collaboration between Hannah Goldstein of Wild Trek Wellness & Katie Rose of Woven Herbs. Together we will be curating an informative and immersive container for folks to deepen their connection to this land, their innate knowingness, and their symbiotic relationship with the plants around us. This place based experience will invite you on a journey to explore the unique and expansive landscape of the Big Sur coast, native flora and the pulse and medicine of this season. During our time we will be engaging in the art of sit spots, wild foraging, nature journaling, ethnobotany, medicine making, seasonal living, food as medicine and somatic movement. Vernal Blooms is a time to drop into the richness of spring, to anchor ourselves into this land we live upon, to strengthen these primitive skills, to connect with like minded people, and to gain nourishment that will carry you throughout the season.
